About The Position

The SAP IBP / MM Functional Analyst contributes to the evolution and optimization of the company’s SAP solutions, with a focus on SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and SAP MM (Materials Management). The role plays a key part in designing business solutions, providing functional support, and driving continuous improvement in procurement, planning, and data management processes.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in SAP IBP, with an intermediate to advanced level and a minimum of 3+ years’ experience.
• Prior experience in SAP APO along with IBP also can be included in the overall experience
• Good knowledge in SAP Cloud integration and MM module.
• Minimum one full cycle implementation project, capable of addressing complex planning challenges (demand, supply, Inventory, S&OP/IBP)
• Supply chain domain expertise, deep understanding of modern planning methodologies.
• Ability to challenge business requirements, influence stakeholders, and deliver high value-added solutions
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
• Consultative, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in English is necessary due to frequent interactions with predominantly English-speaking pan-Canadian partners.

Nice To Haves

• Good knowledge on retail supply chains would be added value.
• French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and evolution of SAP solutions related to IBP & MM modules
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Configure SAP IBP & MM modules based on business needs
• Provide functional support (incident analysis, troubleshooting, user support)
• Participate in testing activities (unit, integration, UAT)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement and planning processes
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity
• Support application lifecycle management (maintenance, enhancements, projects)
• Collaborate closely with IT teams and business stakeholders
• Recommend improvements to optimize SAP solutions
