About The Position

We’re looking for a part-time HRIS Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our HR systems running efficiently while supporting employees and leaders across the organization. By maintaining the accuracy, efficiency, and performance of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and working closely with the HRIS Manager and cross-functional teams, you’ll help ensure data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and provide meaningful reporting that supports our growing organization. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience working within an HRIS platform (UKG preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Experience supporting HR and/or payroll processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HRIS implementations, system optimization, or multi-location organizations highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HRIS operations, including user support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
  • Ensure data integrity by auditing and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to ensure smooth data flow and aligned processes
  • Generate standard and ad hoc HR reports to support business and compliance needs
  • Maintain documentation, including process guides and training materials
  • Support onboarding and offboarding data processes within HRIS
  • Assist with audits, compliance checks, and annual HR processes (Open Enrollment, performance cycles, year-end activities)
