We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to support the day-to-day management of our Dayforce platform, a key tool for managing human resources, talent, and payroll within our organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the functional administration of the system, user support, data quality maintenance, and the continuous optimization of processes based on organizational needs. The position also includes a significant operational transaction component, representing approximately 30% of the role, including the entry, update, and tracking of employee movements in the system. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills by providing a human-centered approach aligned with the high customer service standards recognized at Eddyfi Technologies.
