About The Position

This is a contract position based out of Tulsa, OK. The role involves supporting HR data integrity, reporting, and advanced analysis to enable informed business decisions. The analyst will partner with HR and IT to enhance system functionality and drive process efficiencies across HR systems. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering dashboards, reports, and data visualizations highlighting workforce insights, performing analysis of HR data to identify trends, and building reporting solutions that provide actionable insights. The role also involves collaborating with HR process owners to maintain data accuracy, advising stakeholders on reporting capabilities, translating business requirements into system needs, and supporting HR system and process projects. Testing, audits, and validation of HR system functionality and data flows, as well as assisting with change management activities, are also part of the role.

Requirements

  • Experience related to HR processes and/or data.
  • Experience and/or training related to Enterprise applications.
  • Experience in identifying, researching, and analyzing systems software problems, and perform systems evaluation.
  • Experience utilizing Oracle Cloud reporting, Power BI, advanced Excel functions, and SQL.
  • Experience in reviewing system reports and creating correspondence.
  • Experience executing multiple projects at a time while remaining organized and prioritizing effectively.
  • Experience in researching, preparing and composing systems operating procedures and documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Experience communicating effectively with various populations.
  • Experience developing and presenting information to individuals and groups.
  • Demonstrated ability with application of arithmetic and computer math.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields like Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or other related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job-related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR data integrity, reporting, and advanced analysis to enable informed business decisions
  • Partner with HR and IT to enhance system functionality and drive process efficiencies across HR systems
  • Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and data visualizations highlighting key workforce insights (e.g., demographics, turnover, engagement, compensation)
  • Perform analysis of HR data to identify trends and support decision-making on complex business issues
  • Build reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for HR and leadership stakeholders
  • Collaborate with HR process owners to maintain data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across systems
  • Advise stakeholders on reporting capabilities and HR system functionality
  • Translate HR business requirements into system and data needs in partnership with IT
  • Support HR system and process projects, including system enhancements and third-party integrations, in partnership with IT
  • Conduct testing, audits, and validation of HR system functionality and data flows
  • Assist with change management activities related to HR system updates and process improvements
