This is a contract position based out of Tulsa, OK. The role involves supporting HR data integrity, reporting, and advanced analysis to enable informed business decisions. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering dashboards, reports, and data visualizations highlighting workforce insights, performing analysis of HR data to identify trends, and building reporting solutions that provide actionable insights. The role also involves collaborating with HR process owners to maintain data accuracy, advising stakeholders on reporting capabilities, translating business requirements into system needs, and supporting HR system and process projects. Testing, audits, and validation of HR system functionality and data flows, as well as assisting with change management activities, are also part of the role.
