About The Position

GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing. This role involves owning and optimizing the organization’s HR technology ecosystem, including UKG administration, data integrity, reporting infrastructure, integrations, security, and HR systems operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• 3–5+ years of HRIS or systems administration experience
• Strong experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms
• Experience with system integrations and data management
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and data accuracy focus
• Ability to manage confidential information

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain UKG and related HR systems
• Configure workflows, business processes, and system settings
• Manage system security and user access
• Coordinate system updates, releases, and testing
• Manage integrations and data mapping
• Troubleshoot system issues
• Maintain employee data integrity across systems
• Monitor imports, interfaces, and file feeds
• Conduct audits and validations
• Manage data extraction requests
• Oversee system feeds including wage increase data, 401(k), and HSA files
• Develop and maintain HR and workforce reporting
• Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports
• Support executive reporting
• Provide data extracts to Payroll, Finance, and HR
• Configure and support open enrollment
• Manage benefit file feeds and vendor integrations
• Maintain document workflows in UKG
• Support ACA reporting (system side)
• Identify automation opportunities
• Lead process improvement initiatives
• Improve reporting efficiency and workflows
• Troubleshoot integration issues
