About The Position

Charter Manufacturing is seeking an HRIS Analyst specializing in UKG Technology. This role involves overseeing current Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, managing HRIS setup and workflow design, and implementing new capabilities to support HR business processes. The analyst will collaborate with the Human Resources department to ensure system workflows and configurations align with business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related degree.
  • Five plus years’ in HRIS oversight, configuration, and support.
  • Understanding of Workday or UKG functionality.
  • Workday experience in at least four functional areas (Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, Payroll, Performance, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, LMS), Advanced Reporting, and/or Integration configuration.
  • UKG experience in UKG Pro and Workforce Management Technologies (WFM).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
  • Ability to think analytically and troubleshoot basic to complex system functionality.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Manage system administration, including security structure, business process configuration, and integrations.
  • Oversee regression testing and the rollout of future releases.
  • Lead research, design, configuration, and testing of new system solutions.
  • Translate HR business requirements into functional specifications for HR system development.
  • Manage changes to HR system specifications.
  • Participate in core system/function projects that overlap with HR system functionality.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to HR system vendor(s) to understand technology capabilities and recommend solutions.
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support to the HR function, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Design and implement custom reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for Continuous Improvement to maximize process and systems efficiencies.
  • Proactively manage HR system foundational data and measure data quality.
  • Communicate effectively through regular updates, user documentation, and training materials.
  • Train new HR team members on core HCM functionality.
  • Follow Environmental, Quality, and Safety Management System procedures and requirements.
  • Meet essential job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
