Serve as a key administrator and subject matter expert for CCC's HR systems, helping ensure data integrity, system performance, and operational excellence. Leverage advanced reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation to provide meaningful workforce insights that support organizational decision-making. Maintain critical HR data structures including employee records, positions, departments, and organizational hierarchies. Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and ongoing optimization efforts to improve HR operations. Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Accounting, and business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology-driven solutions. Translate business needs and workflows into effective HR system configurations and solutions. Support change initiatives and technology implementations that improve efficiency and the employee experience. Develop custom reports, calculated fields, process documentation, and training materials that empower users and increase self-service capabilities. Conduct audits and root-cause analyses to ensure compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement across HR systems. Lead and support HRIS projects from requirements gathering through testing, implementation, and user adoption. Recommend innovative solutions, streamlined workflows, and data-driven improvements that help CCC better serve employees and clients.
