The Marmon Group LLC is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and analytically driven Group HRIS Analyst and Project Manager to support the Electrical Group. This role partners with multiple businesses to provide HRIS support, deliver data insights, and guide and support key HR initiatives within Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Development (LD). The position serves as a key link between Group HR Leaders and Marmon Corporate HR Support Services, ensuring HR programs are executed effectively, HR systems are used consistently, and enterprise standards are maintained. The Group HRIS Analyst is the first point of contact for HRIS support, resolving system questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance to HR teams. This role also provides analytics and dashboards to support decision-making and collaborates with HR leaders on annual programs and group priorities. Additionally, it contributes to enterprise HRIS initiatives, system enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and effectiveness, aligning with the group's strategy and vision. The role manages projects across the group to simplify and standardize processes and programs.
