About The Position

We’re seeking a full-time HRBP Manager for our Whitestown based warehouse. The HRBP Manager supports warehouse operations by aligning workforce strategies with business goals. This role partners with leaders to address staffing needs, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The HRBP Manager drives engagement, develops Ops frontline and HR talents, and ensures consistent HR practices that foster a safe, productive, and high-performing warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience working as an HR Business Partner in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale, complex operations with high headcount
  • Strong proficiency in HR systems, labor law, organizational development, and data-driven HR decision-making
  • Outstanding collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Master's degree or HR professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
  • Experience in labor relations and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Experience with large-scale fulfillment, distribution centers, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  • Proven track record supporting complex organizational transformation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key business advisor to the site and operations leadership. Drive alignment between HR initiatives and warehouse/fulfillment business objectives to maximize organizational effectiveness and people outcomes.
  • Develop and execute programs for talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession tethered specifically to business needs.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Drive data-based decision making and provide actionable insights related to turnover, engagement, labor costs, staffing, and productivity.
  • Lead major organizational change and improvement initiatives (including process improvements, workforce changes, etc.).
  • Oversee adherence to federal, state, and company policies, including labor law compliance, fair practices, and safety standards.
  • Champion associate engagement, conduct pulse checks and site culture assessments, and partner with leadership to address barriers to engagement and operational effectiveness
