About The Position

The position directs the development, management, and configuration of enterprise HR information systems across multiple teams, driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless HR technology operations and integration. Develops innovative HR technology solutions that align with organizational goals and improve overall HR service delivery. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in HR technology or related fields.
  • Proven management experience leading a team.
  • Strong expertise in HR systems architecture, data governance, and software quality assurance.

  • Own the Total Rewards technology and product roadmap, optimizing (primarily) Workday-enabled experiences across compensation, benefits, and incentive plans to ensure technology fully supports business strategy and complex reward models.
  • Reinvent how team members understand how they are paid and rewarded by way of leading innovative, digital-first approaches to compensation, incentives, and benefits education that improve transparency, engagement, and trust in Total Rewards.
  • Act as a strategic connector and influencer, partnering with Compensation, Benefits, Incentives, Payroll, HR Technology, Finance, and business leaders to translate reward strategy into intuitive, well-governed, and continuously improved technical experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and directs the execution of HR technology strategies and operational plans established by senior management and executives that support organizational objectives.
  • Manages the development, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise HR information systems to support business objectives.
  • Leads complex HR technology projects or programs, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborates with IT, HR, and business leaders to ensure seamless HR technology operations.
  • Develops and enforces policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyzes HR data and system performance to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.
  • Manages vendor relationships and evaluates emerging HR technologies to recommend strategic investments.
  • May guide and develop talent across multiple teams within the HR technology function.
  • Ensures effective training and support for HRIS users across the organization.
  • Drives change management initiatives related to HR technology implementations and upgrades.
  • Monitors industry trends and best practices to maintain the organization's competitive advantage in HR technology.
