The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for ensuring that Vireo’s Total Rewards (compensation, benefits, and payroll) are competitive, sustainable, scalable and have a positive impact on our performance and to enable a culture where Vireo is and can be the Employer of Choice for current and future employees. This role will manage the day-to-day workflow of all total rewards, including Employee Benefits & Perks, Compensation, and Payroll, & HRIS Management.
