With shared responsibility between the HR Technology and Total Rewards (Benefits & Compensation) teams, this role will focus on ensuring data accuracy, effective communications, timely reporting and more to align with company objectives and facilitate employee satisfaction and engagement. This role will also partner with other departments at Wendy’s (such as legal) and external vendors on the administration of programs and procedures.

Requirements

  • Expected Work Location (In Office) : It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), or at other location(s) as designated by the Company. You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Research, compile, and disseminate information to requested legal parties, departments within Wendy’s and external requestors when appropriate. This includes running standard payroll reports, job history, and preparing the gathered data for the response of subpoenas or employee records. Support other data requests as needed.
  • Support Compensation team by completing regular data audits, populating and distributing employee communications, updating and sharing reports, tracking / submitting employee payments, and processing vendor invoices.
  • Support Benefits team through shared management of Benefits e-mail box and leave of absence administration, and processing vendor invoices.
  • Record, delegate, and complete incoming mail that may include subpoenas, employment data request, and other Wendy’s Department requests. This will include providing accurate information or directing individuals to the appropriate contacts when necessary.
  • Resolve or escalate issues as needed and communicate appropriately with Payroll, Benefits, HR, and Legal.
  • Facilitate new hire benefits onboarding, including orientation presentations and creation/distribution of relevant employee communications and compliance notices.
