The Director, HR Operations & Total Rewards is responsible for leading the firm’s HR operations, including compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, compliance, HR systems, and reporting. This role also leads the team supporting these activities and ensures that HR services are delivered accurately, consistently, and efficiently. As part of a small, high-performing HR team, this role requires a hands-on approach and full ownership of HR systems and data. This position serves as a key advisor to leadership while helping build a more scalable, disciplined, and best-in-class HR function.
