About The Position

Arlington County's award-winning Human Resources Department (HRD) is seeking an HR Technology and Reporting Analyst (Senior IT Analyst) to provide critical functional support for the ongoing development, implementation, and translation of Oracle Cloud Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, retirement administration systems such as PensionGold and related updates. This position will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements to design, build, and maintain sophisticated reporting and dashboard solutions using tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, and SplashBI. Beyond reporting, the individual selected for this role will ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control, managing complex system transactions, and collaboration with the Department of Technology Services (DTS) on system enhancements and upgrades.

Requirements
