About The Position

ATS is seeking an HR Technology Analyst to provide support and troubleshooting for HR Information Systems, including HCM, Learning Management System, and Applicant Tracking System. This role involves maintaining data integrations, reviewing HR platform releases, evaluating potential changes, and configuring/maintaining business processes. The analyst will also be responsible for writing, maintaining, and supporting a library of HR reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with some direction from HRIS leadership while keeping manager informed about workload and issues
The ability to work effectively with business managers, IT, and HR staff

Responsibilities

Provide support and troubleshooting for HR Information Systems, including HCM, Learning Management System, and Applicant Tracking System
Maintain data integrations affecting HR Information Systems (Payroll Platforms, Survey Platforms, Rewards Platforms, etc.)
Review HR platform releases for relevant enhancements
Evaluate potential changes or additions to HR platforms for compatibility
Configuration and maintenance of business processes
Write, maintain, and support a library of HR reports
