HR Technology Analyst
About The Position
ATS is a company with a presence in the United States, Mexico and the United Kingdom, founded in 1985. We are professionals in Industrial Maintenance and we make factories run better. This role provides support and troubleshooting for HR Information Systems, including HCM, Learning Management System, and Applicant Tracking System. It also involves maintaining data integrations affecting HR Information Systems (Payroll Platforms, Survey Platforms, Rewards Platforms, etc.), reviewing HR platform releases for relevant enhancements, and evaluating potential changes or additions to HR platforms for compatibility. The role includes configuration and maintenance of business processes and writing, maintaining, and supporting a library of HR reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with some direction from HRIS leadership while keeping manager informed about workload and issues
- The ability to work effectively with business managers, IT, and HR staff

Responsibilities
