About The Position

This is a contract role for an HR Technology Analyst in Philadelphia, PA, with a duration of 13 weeks. The position involves production support of the client's HR Technology deployment, including Core HR, Talent Management, Workforce Reporting/Analytics, and integrations. The role also includes analysis, design, configuration, documentation, and roll-out of expanded HR Technology capabilities to meet enterprise requirements. The pay range is $32-35/hr, based on experience, for a W2 employee with limited benefits. The shift is flexible from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED Required
  • 2 to 4 years of experience working in an Human Resources or Information Technology environment
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Business and system analysis skills
  • Technology aptitude and learning ability
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency using MS Office applications including MS Access and MS Excel
  • Database, report-writing and data analysis experience
  • Customer service orientation

  • Flexibility and adaptability

Responsibilities

  • Production support of client’s HR Technology deployment including Core HR, Talent Management, Workforce Reporting / Analytics and Integrations to other applications
  • Analysis, design, configuration, qualification, documentation and roll-out of expanded HR Technology capabilities to meet enterprise requirements
  • Application & User Support: Displays basic knowledge of client’s HR Technology applications (may vary based on assignments)
  • Demonstrates the ability to diagnose, document and resolve common HR application issues from a functional, administrative and operational perspective
  • Assists employee and management end users as needed (“Help Desk” function)
  • Exhibits a consistently high level of customer service, collaboration and consensus building skills while working with internal clients and/or stakeholders
  • Performs systems administration, data management, table maintenance, integration monitoring, data uploads, and configuration functions for HR Technology applications
  • Assists in trouble shooting data issues encountered by internal and external third-party applications
  • Project-Related Activities: Assists in performing Business Requirements Analysis and composes clear, comprehensive Functional Specifications that are usable by our IS counterparts to enable new capabilities
  • Executes User Acceptance Testing to ensure quality implementations
  • Develops clear user documentation including Job Aides, Operational Guides, Online Content, etc.
  • Develops HR Reports using Report Writing Tools (Business Objects) once provided specifications
