About The Position

The Sr. HR Technology Analyst is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing HR technology solutions to support organizational objectives. This role ensures data integrity, delivers actionable reporting, and provides technical expertise to enable efficient HR processes and user adoption.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4-6 years of technical or related work experience in HR systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage system configurations and troubleshoot issues.
Familiar and skilled in cloud-based HR platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems and modules to align functionality with business needs.
Configure and maintain workflows, security settings, and system features to support HR processes.
Implement and validate system changes through structured testing.
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and design decisions.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of HR data across systems.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Support data integrations and interfaces between HR systems and other platforms.
Diagnose and resolve complex system issues related to configuration, security, or integrations.
Provide guidance and training to HR and business users on system functionality.
Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and vendors to coordinate technical solutions.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, which may include specific projects.
Participate in continuous learning activities to sustain knowledge of the industry, management practices, and bank policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Client employees are required to be both knowledgeable and consistently compliant with, all policies and procedures regarding security. These include but are not limited to, Client Standard Responsibilities the management of sensitive documents, protecting workspaces, monitoring visitors, safeguarding passwords, and the prudent and secure utilization of bank e-mail and social media systems. Employees must also be fully knowledgeable of when and how to report incidents of security breaches or lapses.
Client employees are responsible for safeguarding the organization from potential risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and promoting a culture of integrity and accountability in their respective areas. This includes, but is not limited to, executing risk/control procedures daily, identifying potential risks and reporting them via the Self- Identified Risk Portal (SIRP), collaborating with control owners, and maintaining accurate audit/assessment evidence. Whether or not your specific role directly involves risk management activities, understanding and adhering to these principles is essential to the overall integrity and outcomes.
