About The Position

The Senior HR Technology Analyst serves as a key functional and technical resource responsible for analyzing, configuring, testing, supporting, and optimizing HR systems and related processes. This role partners with HR, IT, Payroll, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technology solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, compliance, and the employee experience. The ideal candidate combines deep HR process knowledge with strong systems analysis, data, and project delivery skills. This individual will independently lead complex enhancements and workstreams, provide subject-matter expertise, troubleshoot escalated issues, evaluate downstream impacts, and recommend practical solutions that support Legrand’s HR technology strategy.
