About The Position

The HR Technology Analyst Senior is responsible for serving as the liaison between the HR functional area and IT in translating complex business needs into application technology solutions. How You Will Make an Impact: Analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains HRIS solutions to address complex and evolving business process needs. Collaborates with ServiceNow developers and platform management partners to ensure business and functional requirements are accurately incorporated into solution design, development, testing, and implementation. Serves as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery and related HRIS solutions, providing guidance and resolving user questions and system issues. Leads and supports projects that impact data management, configuration, and ongoing maintenance within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
