About The Position

We’re looking for talented professionals to join us in bringing smart money management and payment solutions to everyone’s fingertips. This position is classified as structured hybrid, with an expectation of a minimum of three (3) days per week working in the office and flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days. On-site expectations may evolve over time to support business needs, with clear communication provided in advance. This position is open only to candidates who can work in one of the following approved locations: Los Angeles, CA (West LA); San Francisco, CA (SoMa); San Diego, CA; Birmingham, AL (Downtown); or Tampa, FL (Westshore District). Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience
  • Experience with system configuration, reporting, and process optimization
  • Expertise in at least one Workday module (HCM, Compensation, Payroll, etc.)
  • Advanced reporting skills (calculated fields, dashboards)
  • Experience with integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, APIs, PECI)
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and data integrity
  • Strong initiative and ownership mindset—you take action and drive outcomes
  • Critical thinker who can connect technology, data, and business strategy
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal direction
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Ability to meet the location requirement outlined above

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience supporting Workday implementations, upgrades, or M&A integrations
  • Familiarity with Agile or structured project delivery approaches

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Workday subject matter expert across key modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent)
  • Configure, test, and deploy system enhancements that improve business outcomes
  • Maintain business processes, security roles, and data governance to ensure accuracy and scalability
  • Analyze HR processes end-to-end and implement automation and efficiency improvements
  • Identify root causes of issues and deliver sustainable, scalable solutions
  • Enhance employee and manager experience through streamlined MSS/ESS processes
  • Build advanced reports and dashboards to support business decisions
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strengthen reporting frameworks that support workforce planning and compliance
  • Manage and enhance Workday integrations (EIB, APIs, Studio, PECI)
  • Partner with IT and vendors to ensure reliable, seamless system performance
  • Support or lead HR technology initiatives, including system upgrades, enhancements, and transformation efforts
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and Legal

Benefits

  • The targeted full-time base salary for this position is $97,100 to $145,500 per year.
