Workday Learning Administrator, HR Technology

Danaher Corporation
•$90,000 - $130,000•Remote

About The Position

The Workday Learning Administrator is the business-side administrator of Workday Learning — the controlled execution owner of the learning catalog, campaigns, enrollments, and completions. The role will own how learning is executed natively in the platform, and you partner with the Program Specialist on the annual learning cycle. This position reports to the Senior Director, HR Technology and is part of the HR Technology team and will be fully remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in LMS administration with hands-on Workday Learning, campaigns/audiences/certifications/security roles, Workday reporting and EIB loads, SCORM and content deployment
  • Workday Learning Fundamentals training required; demonstrated skill building and scheduling learning content, complex eligibility rules
  • Working knowledge of EIB loads, Workday reporting, complex eligibility rules, and learning-specific business processes; SOX and compliance-evidence discipline.
  • A systems-first, self-service bias — solving inside Workday before building outside it; ServiceNow HRSD experience a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot and and knowledge management platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the learning catalog through the Learning Admin dashboard — courses, standalone lessons, programs, learning paths, and the business processes that support enrollment, ratings, and discussions.
  • Execute Annual Training with the Program Specialist — audiences, campaigns, scheduling, auto enrollment, attestations and surveys, and completion reporting
  • Manage enrollments, waitlists, exceptions, and completions across courses and offerings; convert repeatable manual admin into campaigns, self-service, and automation.
  • Run learning reporting and compliance evidence — monitor completion, reduce failed enrollments, and support SOX and audit readiness for training.
  • Provision and govern Learning security to least-privilege (Learning Content Creators, Learning Offering Schedulers) and administer learning business processes within approved guardrails.
  • Escalate complex configuration, integration, or tenant-level changes to HRIT through a clear, documented boundary; feed recurring issues to the Workday PO's backlog.

Benefits

  • paid time off
  • medical/dental/vision insurance
  • 401(k)
