About The Position

This is a temporary position, and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. Temporary employees who work an annual average of 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for health insurance coverage under the High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). Requirements

  • Associate’s degree, typically in Human Resources or relevant field from an appropriately accredited institution and 1 year of experience required; or 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources; or equivalent combination or education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with making salary determinations and salary negotiation conversations for in-range adjustments and reallocations
  • Conduct job analyses for new position development
  • Create permanent and temporary positions with division leadership
  • Develop and gather documents for position development, in-range adjustments, and reallocations
  • Track progress on position development
