By leading full-time recruitments and supporting supervisors with part-time hiring, the HR Generalist helps LCC attract and retain top talent to serve our students. This unique role balances people-oriented collaboration with HR administrative functions and provides the opportunity to work with a variety of technology and HR systems. The HR Generalist is someone who enjoys building connections with others, is empathetic, takes initiative to stay on top of all of the tasks they have, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This position requires someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, is able to master new technology easily, and is always willing to jump in to help the team. The HR Generalist is a vital member of LCC’s small, innovative, collaborative, and hard-working HR team that provides exceptional customer service, support, resources, recruitment, and more for our faculty and staff. Our HR team holds high standards of respect and integrity and uses a human-centered approach in everything that we do.
