Requirements

  • At least 3 years of human resources/HRIS or payroll experience (field)
  • Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain iCIMS, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Configure workflows, templates, and permissions within iCIMS.
  • Provide training and support for recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track recruiting performance.
  • Assist with recruitment marketing reports and job template management.
  • Act as the first line help desk for iCIMS related issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides related to the ATS and other recruitment systems
  • Develop and deliver training for HR, Management, and Employees on iCIMS as needed.
  • Generate and analyze reports for HR, finance, and leadership teams.
  • Continuously evaluate, configure, and optimize system functionality to support business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recruiting and onboarding processes within iCIMS
  • Support the implementation and testing of system updates.
  • Conduct regular audits of the system for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify data integrity issues within the ATS; lead cleanup projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Act as the primary liaison with IT and system vendors to troubleshoot issues.
  • Support the onboarding process by verifying documentation and data entry.
  • Manage system escalations and resolve user-related technical issues.
  • Maintain confidential information
  • Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training
  • The ability to build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.
  • The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, coworkers and managers.

  • Maintain HRIS data integrity through audits as directed
  • Assist in maintenance of HRIS System
