The HR Systems Administrator will be responsible for supporting and administering HRIS systems, with a focus on data accuracy, user assistance, and continuous system improvement. This role involves analyzing business operations and computer systems to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements through software applications. The administrator will also be involved in system upgrades, implementations, and maintaining the HRIS roadmap. Key accountabilities include ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations, as well as partnering with stakeholders to generate reports and provide insights for HR decision-making. The role also requires liaising with vendors, IT, and HR/Payroll departments to stay updated on software advancements and industry trends. Additionally, the administrator will maintain and update the UKG system, manage user accounts and permissions, configure and troubleshoot the system, and develop standards for system access and security. The position involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, transforming and importing batch data, and maintaining high availability of HRIS platforms. The role also includes developing knowledge base resources for support teams and coordinating disaster recovery exercises with the vendor. Training responsibilities involve staying current with emerging technologies, evaluating and creating training materials, and developing user documentation. Collaboration with IT and CISO is crucial for business continuity, disaster recovery, and security control implementation. Regular engagement with IT and executive leadership is expected to assess technology needs and recommend HRIS solutions.
