HR Administrator

All Hours Mechanical LLCGroveport, OH
$60,000 - $80,000Onsite

About The Position

All Hours Mechanical is a growing commercial HVAC service company with locations across Ohio and Kentucky. We're looking for an HR Administrator to own the day-to-day people operations of our company, working closely with our Controller and supporting managers across all our markets. This is a great fit for someone who wants ownership of HR — not a slice of it tacked onto another job. You'll be the go-to person for recruiting logistics, onboarding, compliance, and employee questions, with real room to build and improve our HR processes as we grow. All Hours Mechanical is a family-owned, privately held business — you'll be joining a company where decisions are made by people who are personally invested in getting them right, not a distant corporate office or outside investors. Founded in Columbus, All Hours Mechanical has grown into a four-market commercial HVAC service company, with operations now spanning Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Bowling Green, KY. We've built that growth through a mix of new-market launches and acquisitions, and we're not slowing down. Joining now means getting in on the ground floor of a company that's actively building out its people and processes to match its growth. This HR Administrator role is a direct example of that investment.
