This is a summer support position for the HR department, providing support with onboarding, office organization, supply inventory management, and general administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Prepare onboarding and contract paperwork
  • Assist with onboarding and testing protocols at interviews and route specific
  • Organize and stock onboarding paperwork, packages, and supplies
  • Assist with interview and onboarding room preparation and clean up
  • Support general office organization and administrative tasks
  • Assist with printing, scanning, copying, and arranging documents for filing
  • Maintain organized workspaces and supply areas
  • Weekly cleaning of the ‘Ability’ Bus
  • Follow company procedures and instructions accurately
  • Interivew documentation and verification
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the HR Team
