The HR Administrative Support position is responsible for the implementation, coordination, monitoring, and tracking of property-wide employee training programs and employee onboarding, including recruitment, interviewing, and new hire orientation. The role involves conducting ongoing needs assessments, designing, developing, and implementing training curriculum, evaluating training effectiveness, and assisting in developing and implementing property-wide internal communications. This position will also assist in other general Human Resources duties.
