We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant – Recruitment and HR Support to support HR and recruitment operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a full-time temporary position for a minimum of six (6) months, with the potential to convert to a permanent role based on business needs, headcount availability and individual performance. This role provides support across recruitment coordination, HR administration, employee records, onboarding and offboarding and training coordination. It may also provide support for HR-related processes such as investigations, employee relations and compliance-related activities as needed. The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) year of recruitment or HR-related experience, along with a solid understanding of HR processes or relevant education/training. This role requires someone who is organized, dependable and comfortable working with confidential information in a professional manner. The successful candidate is detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. This role requires adaptability, a positive approach to challenges and the ability to work effectively under shifting priorities and deadlines.
