About The Position

The 4Seasons Transportation Training Department is growing and we are looking for confident, professional, and safety-focused Instructors to join our team. We are seeking strong leaders with excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills who are passionate about developing TCSs. Instructors are expected to lead by example, build confidence in new and existing employees, and inspire team members to become safety-minded professionals while supporting students living with disabilities. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, professionalism, patience, adaptability, and the ability to coach and mentor employees in both classroom and practical training environments.

Requirements

• Eligibility for the Instructor role is based on your current standing as a TCS.
• Consideration will include a review of HR, Training, and Safety files, including time-off requests, attendance history, coaching conversations, incidents, overall reliability and leadership potential.
• Current Driver with 4Seasons
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Driver with 4Seasons
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
• Excellent documentation, organization, communication skills
• Professionalism, leadership and strong interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as an instructor or educator is preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to trainees and employees
• Follow and deliver 4Seasons’ structured lesson plans, training standards, and facilitation expectations consistently
• Support in developing safe driving habits, student management skills, and operational confidence
• Maintain training documentation, evaluation records, and follow-up communication
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that encourages growth and development
• Reinforce company policies, safety procedures, and transportation best practices
• Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, adaptability, and communication
