Maintains human resource records for allied health staff, administrators, residents, physicians, and students. Human resource records include: employee information such as name, address, job title, and earnings; benefits such as health, dental, life insurance; time away balances, and leave absence information. On a daily basis, analyzes reports from the Lawson ERP system to recognize and correct employee record discrepancies. Competent in HR Information Systems. Researches and responds to questions from employees and managers regarding employee records. Answers questions by interpreting and analyzing information and data from multiple systems and resources. Responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and timely updating of records in the HR employee systems. Develops and maintains technical expertise and policy/procedure knowledge through interaction with HR Connect quality analysts, managers, director, and generalists. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of HR Support Services functions.
