About The Position

The HR Specialist is a vital contributor to the Health Bridge team, supporting the full spectrum of human resources functions across our growing, multi-site organization. This role goes beyond transactional HR — it is a culture steward position, helping to ensure that every teammate, from our corporate office to our partner clinic sites, experiences the values of Collaborative Excellence, Unbending Integrity, and Patient-Centered Care in how they are hired, onboarded, supported, and developed. The ideal candidate is a people-first HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and is comfortable operating fluidly across in-office, remote, and multi-site virtual settings alongside a distributed team. This is a primarily onsite position based in Glendale, CA, with a 1–2 remote day allowance per week based on business needs and role responsibilities. Periodic travel within California may also be required to support site-level HR needs.
