Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant degree; in lieu of a degree, 5 or more years of relevant experience may suffice
- 3-5 years’ experience in HR or related field
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
- Strong understanding of employment/HR guidelines
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Nice To Haves
- Professional certification a plus
- Experience within the human/social service and/or healthcare industry a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day guidance of the human resource department, including activities related to recruiting, retention, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations, state and federal compliance, industry trends, policy/procedure, and HR data collection and reporting.
