Requirements

Previous experience working as a HR Specialist
Previous experience working as a recruiter, preferably 1-2 years recruiting in the healthcare industry
Extremely organized, detail oriented and a self-starter; ability to work within your experience to complete tasks
Must be at least 21 years of age or older (no exceptions), able to pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred; but not required.
Experience with HRIS preferred (iCIMS, Lawson, Workday, I9 Advantage, Cisive are currently utilized)

Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Human Resources by posting job openings, on-boarding new employees and keeping detailed employee records
Recruit and identify qualified candidates for open positions
Using HRIS you will screen, interview, onboard and hire new employees, provide HR orientations, process terminations and status changes (full cycle HR)
Attend required hospital special events, job fairs and other HR related activities as needed
