About The Position
CSSI Coastal Security Services, Inc. is a growing contract security company serving clients across multiple markets. CSSI is hiring a full-time Recruiter/HR Specialist to source and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, manage new-hire onboarding, and support day-to-day HR functions. This role is expected to grow in scope as CSSI expands into new markets.
Requirements
- Prior recruiting, staffing, or HR experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
Nice To Haves
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Coordinate background checks, licensing, and onboarding through to completion
- Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and hiring decisions
- Maintain accurate employee records and support general HR administration
- Track hiring and onboarding metrics and report on pipeline health
