About The Position

This role is responsible for administering full lifecycle recruiting, leading provider recruiting, sourcing efforts, networking opportunities, and assisting with staffing coordination. The HR Recruiter will ensure compliance with applicable equal employment and related employment laws and regulations. Marginal duties include performing other assigned duties and special projects.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a related field required. In lieu of degree, three (3) years of recruiting experience or four (4) years of HR experience required.
  • Two (2) years minimum experience in an HR related position required in addition to degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented.
  • Must be able to type and utilize a computer and Microsoft office software efficiently.
  • Must be able to always relate to diverse populations in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Must be able to work independently and self-start.
  • Must be able to sit and or stand up to eight (8) hours day and lift, twist, push, and or pull twenty-five (25) lbs on occasion.
  • Full time, minimum 40 hours a week, some evenings or weekends as required for related events.
  • Must maintain regular and timely attendance.
  • May require limited travel within service area.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • HR related certification or license preferred.
  • Two (2) years or more experience in a recruiting related position preferred in addition to degree.

Responsibilities

  • Administer full lifecycle recruiting, including collaborating with hiring managers to identify needs, create job descriptions, post and track positions, identify and screen candidates, coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, support candidates and hiring managers through the interview and offer process, and maintain communication.
  • Lead Provider recruiting, including participating in specialty job fairs, proactively searching for and engaging qualified candidates, collaborating with clinical leaders, posting and tracking positions, working with third-party recruitment agencies, identifying and screening candidates, coaching hiring managers, supporting candidates and hiring managers through the interview and offer process, and maintaining communication.
  • Lead sourcing efforts by maintaining and increasing professional networks, proactively searching for and engaging qualified candidates, and analyzing information for hard-to-fill positions to provide suggestions.
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies by following up with new employees and hiring managers, administering temporary pools, researching and developing recruiting methods, and tracking recruiting metrics.
  • Lead networking opportunities by organizing and attending job fairs, preparing literature, and submitting purchase orders for recruiting materials.
  • Assist or back-up the Staffing Coordinator with onboarding tasks, preparation of orientation materials, and participation in or leading orientations.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with applicable equal employment and related employment laws and regulations.
