About The Position

This role is responsible for administering full lifecycle recruiting, leading provider recruiting efforts, and spearheading sourcing initiatives. The HR Recruiter will identify and implement effective recruiting methods, lead networking opportunities, and assist the Staffing Coordinator as needed. A key aspect of this role is ensuring compliance with all applicable equal employment and related employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a related field required.
  • Two (2) years of recruiting experience or four (4) years of HR experience required in lieu of an Associate degree.
  • Two (2) years minimum experience in an HR related position required in addition to degree.
  • Two (2) years or more experience in a recruiting related position preferred in addition to degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented.
  • Must be able to type and utilize a computer and Microsoft office software efficiently.
  • Must be able to always relate to diverse populations in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Must be able to work independently and self-start.
  • Must be able to sit and or stand up to eight (8) hours a day.
  • Must be able to lift, twist, push, and or pull twenty-five (25) lbs on occasion.
  • Full time, minimum 40 hours a week.
  • Some evenings or weekends as required for related events.
  • Must maintain regular and timely attendance.
  • May require limited travel within service area.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • HR related certification or license preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer full lifecycle recruiting, including collaborating with hiring managers on job descriptions, posting and tracking positions, identifying and screening candidates, coaching hiring managers on interviewing, and supporting candidates and hiring managers through the interview and offer process.
  • Lead Provider recruiting, including participating in specialty job fairs, proactively searching for and engaging qualified candidates, collaborating with clinical leaders on provider needs, posting and tracking vacant positions, working with third-party recruitment agencies, and maintaining communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Lead sourcing efforts by maintaining and increasing professional networks, proactively searching for and engaging qualified candidates, and analyzing information for hard-to-fill positions to provide suggestions.
  • Identify and implement effective and efficient recruiting methods and strategies, including following up with new employees and hiring managers for feedback, administering temporary pools, researching and developing recruiting methods, and tracking recruiting metrics to prepare reports.
  • Lead networking opportunities by organizing and attending job fairs, preparing literature for distribution, and submitting purchase orders for recruiting materials.
  • Assist or back-up the Staffing Coordinator as needed, including participating in onboarding tasks and communications, supporting the preparation of orientation materials, and participating in or leading orientations.
