The HR Specialist I resolves Level 1 cases, provides technical assistance, and applies foundational HR policy knowledge to address a wide range of associate inquiries. The role supports HR programs and cyclical processes, maintains reporting and records, and contributes to a positive associate experience by ensuring consistent, high‑quality service across all HR processes.
