Serves as the first point of contact for employee assistance and information. Obtains and provides requested information or takes appropriate action to resolve, refer, or escalate issues in accordance with company policies and procedures. Supports the department in the administration of other transactional work. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts International Operations policies, practices and procedures.
