Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years' work experience in customer service role demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service and communication.
  • Strong computer knowledge
  • An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and personal information

  • Human Resources knowledge/experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides professional customer service by gathering information, assessing customer needs, troubleshooting, applying documented procedures, and resolving requests in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Connect related processes and information at the time of the call or interaction to influence resolution or decisions.
  • Supports the administration of a broad range of HR Programs, policies, and processes, ensuring compliance with employment law regulations, and Company practices.
  • Initiates workflow processes for HR and assists the team in meeting payroll deadlines.
  • Ensures legal and regulatory changes are implemented and within the required timeline.
  • Assesses HR workflows and processes.
  • Identifies and recommends opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
