About The Position

Under the leadership of a Senior HR Partner, the HR Service Partner acts as a strategic partner to university leadership, delivering expert HR solutions and guidance to a diverse portfolio of faculties and service units. Drawing on your vast experience, you will act as a professional advisor to the dean, faculty general manager, or other senior leaders within your portfolio. You will collaborate with your fellow partners, Shared Services, and the centers of expertise (COE's) within HRHSE. You will foster collaborative relationships, lead and deliver on strategic initiatives, and maintain a large breadth of client services. You will leverage your position as an integrated resource and subject matter expert to understand your client’s goals and objectives and apply a strategic problem solving and consultative mindset to deliver the following: Advising and providing support on complex employee/labour relations matters, HR operational support, providing advice on the application and adherence of collective agreements/handbooks; consultation on job design and organization development, talent acquisition, performance development, learning and development, and disability management.
