The Human Resources Service Partner is responsible for delivering efficient and effective support to HR customers, including employees, HR Business Partners, and HR Managers. This role oversees the employee life-cycle; from onboarding to offboarding process. Serves as the first point of contact for resolving employee issues submitted via Workday help cases by interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures with independent judgment. The position provides recommendations on HR matters, contributes to continuous process and quality improvements, and may participate in the development and enhancement of HR policies and practices. The role requires handling sensitive employee concerns and supporting HR operational decisions.
