Position Summary: This position provides advanced-level technical Human Resource Service Center support and guidance within a designated areas of specialized expertise such as FMLA/LOA Administration. This includes relevant knowledge in other areas related to a leave of absence such as benefits, disability, workers compensation, HRIS, Kronos, Cyborg and ADA accommodation. Provides advanced level interpretation and guidance on applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations as they relate to the FMLA/LOA process. Lead and resolve complex issues with data integrity. Develop and maintain operating processes to the highest level of performance.
