At HTC, employees are central to how the Cooperative serves its members, and the Human Resources team supports that foundation by helping maintain a workplace where employees are equipped to succeed. This role contributes to the day-to-day operations of HR while serving as a dependable and approachable resource for employees across the Cooperative. In this position, the selected candidate will work closely with HR leadership and teams across the organization to provide consistent, high-quality support across a range of HR functions. This role offers flexibility in scope, allowing responsibilities to align with the individual’s experience and strengths while supporting the operational and, where applicable, more analytical and strategic needs of the HR function. It is suited for someone who values both detail-oriented work and employee interaction—an individual who is organized, adaptable, eager to learn, and committed to supporting others in a professional and meaningful way. This position may be filled at either the HR Representative or HR Generalist level based on the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Responsibilities and compensation will align with the level at which the position is filled.
