We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-savvy HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is the engine behind getting the right First Aid Responders hired and on-site at our busiest events. You will own the full recruiting cycle for high-demand zones, keep our HR and operational databases healthy, ensure our staff remain fully licensed and compliant, and take on special projects as our needs evolve. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.
