About The Position

Hiley Auto Group is seeking an HR Specialist to help with our recruiting efforts. Our stores are all growing and we need a dedicated person to help continue to build our team. You will be joining a third generation family-owned group with a fantastic community reputation that has had continual double digit growth.

Requirements

• Prior experience utilizing a CRM
• Handling customers on the phone
• Multi-tasking
• Works hard
• Communicates clearly
• Interested in a real career with long term potential
• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the US
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive experience
• Specific experience in a call center or business development environment
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve

Responsibilities

• Pre-screen candidates for various positions
• Manage our applicant system data to ensure we can effectively communicate with candidates
• Regularly communicate with hiring managers for updates
• Schedule in-person interviews on behalf of hiring managers
• Report on applicant volume, hiring pipeline, and outcomes to executive management
• Work with our HR partner to update job postings
• Complete training and stay up to date on current State and Federal HR regulations
