About The Position

Above and Beyond Delivery is seeking an organized, personable HR & Recruiting Coordinator to lead recruiting and onboarding for its driver team and support hiring across the company. The coordinator works closely with the Driver Manager and HR Specialist and owns the driver hiring process from first contact through orientation, then hands new drivers off to the Driver Manager for training. The position is part-time, generally 24–29 hours per week, with flexible scheduling based on recruiting needs, onboarding activities, and business demands. It may grow into a full-time role based on business needs, performance, and mutual interest. This is a high-volume recruiting role, primarily hiring delivery drivers and other hourly employees. The coordinator communicates with applicants, new hires, and managers by phone and in person, and must ensure pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and on time. Some orientations and recruiting events may require early mornings or extended hours. Occasional travel within Arizona may be required for job fairs, community events, and future in-person interview days in Safford, Prescott, and Flagstaff. Offers are contingent on a background check, motor vehicle record review, and pre-employment drug screen. The role is based in the Chandler office, with regular time in warehouse and operational areas for orientations and onboarding. The work environment is steady and people-focused. Above and Beyond Delivery is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
