The Recruiter/Onboarding Specialist (ROS) leads and performs recruitment, maintains a quality applicant pipeline, hires, and onboards Direct Support workers. The ROS follows all processes set in place to ensure that the new hire experience is positive. The ROS follows up with new hires throughout their initial site training and communicates with the Supervisor to confirm that the new hire is a good fit for OMI. The ROS maintains a positive, energetic, and upbeat presence that maximizes employee engagement and retention. Various other tasks will be assigned as required.
