About The Position

The Human Resources Recruiter partners with leadership to develop and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent for HL Mando America Corporation (HL MCA). This role provides consultation to hiring managers, exercises independent judgment in candidate selection, and ensures recruiting practices align with business goals, compliance standards, and workforce planning initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience required.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgement in decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with leadership and candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS/ATS), Microsoft Office, and recruiting platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age due to federal labor law requirements.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume environment highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and site HR Teams to define workforce needs and development recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates through digital platforms, networking, career fairs, and industry partnerships.
  • Advise HR leadership on labor market trends, compensation competitiveness, and talent pipeline development.
  • Screen and evaluate applicants, ensuring qualifications and organizational fit; make hiring recommendations based on independent judgment.
  • Lead and facilitate the interview and selection process, providing guidance to managers on best practices and compliance.
  • Negotiate offers and coordinate with leadership to finalize compensation packages.
  • Manage relocations and special hiring initiatives in partnership with HR and business units.
  • Enhance the employer brand through proactive engagement with candidates, universities and community partners.
  • Collect, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Site HR Teams on Onboarding, Retention strategies, and long-term workforce planning.
  • Maintain strict compliance with employment law, company policy, and regulatory standards.
